The deadline for abstract submission for presenters has been extended to November 10, 2025. All submitted abstracts will be selected prior to presentation at the conference. The results of the abstract acceptance or rejection will be announced on the date determined by the committee. For abstracts that are accepted, participants are required to complete the payment and submit proof of payment to the designated bank account before the specified deadline using the provided form. Once the proof of payment has been submitted, presenters will receive an official email notification and will be invited to join the official conference WhatsApp Group.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

1. Enter valid data in the registration form according to the participant’s identity.
2. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
3. The uploaded abstract file format must be in .docx with a maximum size of 2MB.
