The deadline for full papers submission for presenters until December 31, 2025. All submitted full papers will undergo a peer review process before being sent to AIP Publishing. The results of the full papers’ acceptance or rejection will be announced on the date determined by the committee. For full papers that are accepted, presenters are required to complete the payment and submit proof of payment to the designated bank account before the specified deadline using the provided form.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

1. Enter valid data in the registration form according to the participant’s identity.
2. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
3. The uploaded abstract file format must be in .docx with a maximum size of 10MB.
