Authors with accepted abstracts may complete early bird registration and payment by 20 October 2025

Regular registration and payment must be completed by 03 November 2025

November 17, 2025

Normal registration and payment deadline is set for 17 November 2025

November 25, 2025

All accepted abstracts will be presented during the conference on 25 November 2025

December 31, 2025

Authors must submit their full papers before the deadline in accordance with the official template and submission guidelines by 31 December 2025.

January 31, 2026

Authors will receive official notification of full paper acceptance or required revisions on 31 January 2026.

Februay 15, 2026

Final (camera-ready) papers must be submitted by 15 February 2026 (revised according to reviewer comments)
